Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
The Equine Emporium will accept exchanges and/or refunds on all items that have not been used or damaged.  To return an item you can either bring it to the store in person or mail it back  -  regardless if you purchased the item in-store or online  -  items should be returned in their original condition & packaging with a copy of the original  sales receipt within 30 days for a  full refund or exchange.

Please note:  we can not refund a)  Personalized or custom ordered items, books, videos, supplements/wormers or any ingestible product ( for  safety reasons )  b) saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner  c)  horse blankets and sheets must be returned clean and unused.  We recommend  putting a clean sheet on your horse first before trying your new blanket to test for sizing in order to keep it clean

Procedures for Returns/Exchanges via Mail

1.  Please complete the Merchandise Return Form by clicking at the bottom of this page

2.  Once you have completed and sent the form, please allow us 2 business days to process your request.

3.  Once The Equine Emporium has processed your request, one of our staff will E-Mail you a Return Authorization Number ( RA#).  With this we will out line the next steps to be taken to mail back your item, as well as provide you with the appropriate address to mail your package to.

4.  Please be sure to Print a copy of the RA# email to include with the item you are returning.                   

5.  Carefully pack the item(s) that have been approved for return.  Include the RA# email in the package.  In the bottom right corner of the address label please write the RA# that you were provided in the email

Please Note:  ALL Packages that are returned without an approved RA# will be refused.

6.  Please mail your package via “insured ground mail” to the address that we have provided in the RA# email.

           **** Shipping Charges are not refundable, with the exception of

                   a) an shipping error made by The Equine Emporium          


                  b) an item The Equine Emporium has determined to be defective.

Exchanges will, in most cases only incur a $3.00 handling fee  -  regular shipping charges will be waived.
